Built by the people who live compliance
PolicyHealth.AI wasn't born in a tech incubator. It was born in hospital hallways, during survey prep weekends, and in the aftermath of findings that better tools could have prevented.
Why we built this
Compliance leaders shouldn't spend their days manually cross-referencing standards against policy libraries. They shouldn't discover conflicting policies for the first time when a surveyor does. And they shouldn't need six-figure consulting engagements just to understand where their risk is.
Our story
PolicyHealth.AI started with a simple observation: the people responsible for compliance have no way to see their own policy library as a whole. Standards live in one system, policies live in another, and the contradictions between them surface only when a surveyor asks or someone gets hurt. We built the tool we wished existed.
How we work
We speak your language
CMS Conditions of Participation, Joint Commission standards, state requirements — we don't just know the acronyms, we've lived under them.
Intelligence over management
We don't just store your documents. We connect them to the standards that govern them and tell you where to focus.
Security is non-negotiable
Complete audit trails, role-based access, encryption at rest and in transit.
You guide our roadmap
Compliance officers tell us what to build. We build what you need, not what sounds impressive in a pitch.
Find your gaps before a surveyor does.
We'll map a sample of your policy library against current standards and walk you through what we find.
